Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE PARK RENTAL TERMS Sessions are 55 minutes and start on the hour. Please do not arrive early, and be off the property by the end of your hour — another booking usually follows yours. Maximum 6 dogs per booking, including any dogs your guests bring. Every dog must be current on rabies, DHPP and bordetella, free of fleas and worms, and free of signs of illness in the last 30 days. This applies to your guests' dogs too. The parks are NOT supervised. No Ruff and Puff staff are on site during your booking. You are solely responsible for your dogs, your guests and their dogs, and any children in your party. This is rural acreage with natural hazards including uneven ground, holes, mud, ice and wildlife. You use the parks entirely at your own risk. Keep gates closed and latched at all times. Dogs on leash between your vehicle and the park gate. Pick up all waste and bring your own bags. No smoking, vaping or open flame anywhere on the property. Park rentals are for Ruff and Puff daycare clients and their guests. No commercial use. CANCELLATIONS: Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a full refund. Inside 24 hours is non-refundable, though we will try to reschedule you once. No refunds for weather or road conditions. If we cancel for safety reasons you receive a full refund or a free reschedule. A signed waiver is required before your first booking and stays valid for 12 months.
