🎓 Introducing Frankie — Our New Dog Trainer!
We are SO excited to officially introduce Frankie to the team! Frankie is our new dog trainer (and sub bus driver!) and she is awesome and incredible with our pack. She's from the UK, where she worked in a dog training daycare environment, and we are bringing some of her expertise and experience here!
We're working on building out a full training program at Ruff and Puff, and we want your input before we launch it! We want to make sure it works for your dog and your family, so we put together a quick questionnaire and would love it if you took 2 minutes to fill it out:

📢 Pricing Update — Effective June 15
Effective June 15, 2026, we're making a small price adjustment — just a couple of dollars per ride. We've held off on this for a long time, but with the new pool, the new 8-acre park, bringing Frankie on as a full-time trainer, and everything else we've been investing in to make this the best experience possible for your dogs, the costs do add up.
We're really proud of what Ruff and Puff has become, and we're not done yet. This helps us keep building. Thank you so much for being along for the ride!!
Updated pricing:
Recurring rides: $37/ride
Single ride: $42
10-ride pass: $370 ($37/ride)
Additional dog: $23
🏊 The Pool is Almost Done!
We've been working hard on the dog swimming pool at the park and it is going to be READY in the next few weeks! Your pups are going to absolutely love it this summer. We'll be sharing updates on our socials as soon as it's open — follow us @ruffandpuffyyc if you're not already!
🪵 New Training Area at the Park
We're also building out a dedicated training pen at our 8-acre park with enrichment setups so Frankie has everything she needs to work with the dogs on-site during their day. More stimulation, more engagement, more good tired dogs coming home to you at the end of the day.
🤠 STAMPEDE PARTY — July 2026
Mark your calendars — we are throwing a Stampede Party and YOU are all invited!! Come out and see the park, meet the team, hang out with some vendors, eat some food, and watch your dogs do their thing in their natural habitat. We'll announce the exact date soon but it's coming up in July during Stampede and it is going to be a blast. Stay tuned on our socials for the official date announcement! 🎉
