Pricing Updates from Ruff and Puff - Cancellation Policy and Ride Pass Pricing

Two important updates for the Ruff and Puff family: a new same-day cancellation policy starting June 9th, and a limited-time special rate on 10 Ride Passes before our June 15th price increase. Here's everything you need to know.

Lock In a Special Rate on 10 Ride Passes

Our standard 10 Ride Pass is currently priced at $350 + GST ($35 per ride). Before our June 15th price increase, we're offering all clients the chance to lock in a special rate of $340 + GST ($34 per ride). After June 15th, the new price will be $370 + GST ($37 per ride).

There's no limit on how many passes you can purchase at the special rate. We'll add the ride credits directly to your account for future use.

A 10 Ride Pass is one of the most convenient ways to keep your dog's walking and transportation running smoothly. No need to pay per trip: just use your credits as you go. It's a great option for our dog owners who want consistent, safe, and friendly dog transport without the hassle of individual bookings.

New Same-Day Cancellation Fee for Dog Walking Rides

Starting June 9th, a $10 cancellation fee applies to any ride cancelled after 7:00 AM on the day of service. This fee also applies if we arrive for pickup and nobody is home or available.

Why We Introduced This Policy

Running a dog walking and transportation service means our routes, staffing, and scheduling are locked in before the first pickup of the day. When a last-minute cancellation happens, that spot goes empty, and that's a spot another dog could have used. This policy helps us keep our service reliable and fair for all the pups and families we work with.

How to Avoid the Fee

Simple: if you need to cancel, just make sure you do it before 7:00 AM on the day of your dog's ride. Early cancellations are always free, no questions asked.
